Jenny earned her BSc. in Animal Biology from the University of Guelph in 2006. In 2010, she completed her MSc. in Animal Nutrition at the Prairie Swine Centre, Inc. and the University of Saskatchewan. Jenny’s thesis was co-supervised by Drs. Denise Beaulieu and John Patience and was entitled: The response of the growing pig to changes in energy intake achieved through restriction of feed intake versus changes in dietary energy concentration.
