Daisy is from the Philippines. She earned her B.Sc. in Agricultural Engineering, Major in Agricultural Processing and Master in Management, Major in Business Management from the University of the Philippines Los Banos in 1998 and 2006, respectively. Currently, she is enrolled in the College of Graduate Studies at the University of Saskatchewan, pursuing M.Sc. in Agricultural and Bioresource Engineering under the supervision of Dr. Bernardo Z. Predicala.
