Eleonor is from the Philippines. She earned her B.Sc. in Agricultural Engineering from the University of the Philippines Los Baños in 1999. She finished her Masters in Management from the same university in 2006. Currently, she is enrolled in the College of Graduate Studies at the University of Saskatchewan, pursuing M.Sc. in Agricultural and Bio-resource Engineering under the supervision of Dr. Bernardo Z. Predicala.
