Effect of Dietary Enzyme on Barley Energy Digestibility

Dietary enzymes can improve nutrient digestibility in barley diets. Reducing DE content differences in barley may be achieved through supplemental enzymes digesting fibrous fractions. An ingredient evaluation should be completed to increase enzyme supplementation benefits.
